Warranty conditions:


This warranty applies only to the original owner of electric bicycles and Cyrusher Sports bicycles. This warranty is expressly limited to replacement of defective parts at the discretion of Cyrusher Sports Electric Bikes and Bikes. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from failure to follow the instructions in the owner's manual, acts of God, accident, abuse, neglect, misuse, commercial use, alterations, alterations, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of non-original parts installation or accessories. Warranty Details:

All electric bicycles and bicycles sold by https://cyrusher.com are covered by our manufacturer's extended limited time warranty with the original owner against defects in material or workmanship, including all individual components as follows:



A). 2 year limited warranty:

Cyrusher sports bicycle components, including frame, fork, stem, handlebars, helmet, seatpost, bottom bracket, hips and pedals, are warranted against manufacturing and/or manufacturing defects. Production for a period of 2 years from the original purchase date. .



b). One Year Limited Warranty:

Bicycles and electrical components including derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, rims, wheel hub, freewheel and cassette, reflectors and essential hardware against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date.

Lithium-ion batteries for electric bicycles are obligated against manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one year (12 months) from the original date of purchase. The battery warranty does not cover damage from power surges, improper use of the charger, improper maintenance or other misuse, normal wear and tear, or water damage.

What do we do?

If any part is found to be defective or damaged without user error, we will issue a replacement part. We help you replace defective parts. We will replace any parts damaged in transit. We will provide a replacement product to the owner if the product cannot be repaired after a reasonable amount of testing determined by the Cyrusher Sports Team.



What are we not going to do?

Cyrusher Sports will not replace any part without first looking at photos or videos of the damaged part. We do not provide warranty service to second owners. We will not remove parts that have been damaged by the user. We will not pay for third party service or partial replacement unless we agree to a repair. We will not pay the return costs for a damaged or defective product or part.

Cyrusher Sports does not cover damage that may occur during launch if the owner determines their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped via a carrier or similar service. See our return policy for more information.

Cyrusher Sports must provide the warranty. Proof of purchase may be required with any warranty claim. Before making a warranty claim, we recommend that you contact our customer service as there may be a simple solution to your problem. Cyrusher Sports will process valid warranty claims within one year of the original purchase. Warranty claims can be sent to eu@cyrusher.com.



Addressing Damage Claims:

FREE to inspect your products for damage. Cargo damage claims are very urgent. We do not accept any claims for shipping damage more than 30 days after we receive the product. Note any damage to your product(s) on the waybill before you and the driver allow shipment. Take photos of any damage found and date the images if possible. Keep all packaging and documentation until the inspection process is complete. Report damage claims to Cyrusher Sports Customer Service at eu@cyrusher.com within 10 days of delivery.



Top up credit card:

If for any reason a chargeback is made to a credit card during the order and the product(s) remain in the customer's possession, the warranty will be suspended until the charge is resolved.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed toexclude_or limit any rights you may have as a consumer to the extent that such liability and rights may not be excluded or limited under the law of France.
