Our policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Different types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are some instances where only partial refunds will be issued: (if applicable)
* Book with clear signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or open vinyl record.
* Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our fault.
*Any item that is more than 30 days after delivery from the

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period of time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially credited.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced goods can be refunded, unfortunately sales goods cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit on the value of your return. After receipt of the returned item you will be sent a gift voucher.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the order sent you a gift for later, we'll send a refund to the gift giver and they'll send you back.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time required for your replacement product may come to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item back.
